LifeStream blood drive -- Yucca Valley

Event Description LifeStream invites all healthy residents to give the gift of life Saturday, Feb. 11 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Star Struck Dance Studio, 55816 Twentynine Palms Highway, Yucca Valley.
This drive is hosted by the Yucca Valley Heat dance squad.
Donors may enter to win a pair of three-day, general admission tickets to the 2012 Stagecoach Country Music Festival, and receive Gift of Life Donor Loyalty points that may be redeemed in the online donor store at www.LStream.org.

Donors must be at least 15 years of age (15- and 16-year-olds require a signed parental consent form; the form is available at community drives and www.LStream.org), be in general good health, and weigh a minimum of 110 pounds.
Donors should eat a healthy meal shortly before donating, and increase their intake of decaffeniated fluids in the 24 hours leading up to donation.
LifeStream is the exclusive provider of blood products and services for Desert Regional Medical Center, JFK Memorial Hospital, and Hi-Desert Medical Center.
